Shipping policy 

Thank you for shopping with Abstract View.  The following is our shipping policy where you can find answers to questions you have about shipping time and rates.

All orders are processed within 3 business days.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there will be a significant delay in shipping of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates.

We offer free national and international shipping on all products. Expect your delivery within 5 to 7 days if you are a UK customer.  International customers should expect to receive their products within 7 to 10 working days.

We post all our items carefully rolled into postal tubes to avoid damage, They are sent with Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked as standard.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at abstractview333@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Abstract View is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.  All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).
